...I wanted to take a minuet to thank you and your staff for the outstanding job that you guys did with our On Track kids last year...  Our goal for On Track has been to help these kids develop important life skills that will help them to become valuable and productive members of their communities.   I feel like you took the time to understand these goals and it showed in the activities that you planned for us.  You and your staff were very instrumental in bringing these kids out of their comfort zone to try something new and gain some much needed self confidence that stayed with them through the rest of our two week program.  It was wonderful for us to see these kids conquer their fears, learn to trust each other, and work together to solve problems and complete some pretty difficult tasks.  I truly believe that the patience and professionalism of you and your staff allowed these kids to feel more at ease and comfortable, allowing them to then lower their guard and really enjoy their experience...
